Terms of Service — Hermes Ness OS

Hermes Ness OS is a private personal productivity assistant intended solely for use by its owner.

Purpose

The application integrates with third-party services, including Google Workspace, to perform actions requested by the authorized user.

User responsibility

The user remains responsible for reviewing consequential actions performed through Hermes Ness OS, including messages sent, calendar changes, document modifications, file operations and other actions affecting external services.

Third-party services

Access to Google services is provided through OAuth authorization and may be revoked by the user at any time.

Availability

Hermes Ness OS is provided for personal use without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the application evolves. The current version will remain available at this URL.
